In Home Consultation: We'll spend 30-60 minutes together to chat about your goals, budget, and the layout of your space. This is a chance for both of us to see if we're the right fit for each other. I'll get to know your vision and budget, and we'll discuss what's realistic for your project. Honesty is key—I'll be straightforward with you throughout this process. After our visit, we'll send over a design agreement.
Site Measure: Once you review and accept the design agreement, we'll schedule a short onsite meeting to measure your space. During this visit, we will ask for you to start collecting images using Pinterest.
Design Process: At this phase, we will take your inspiration and the information we gathered in the last two steps and work our magic. Plans will be shared for review and revised accordingly to ensure that all necessary adjustments are made. Scope of work will be determined at this point. Once plans have been developed and approved, you will start picking out your finish selections with Wheelhouse approved vendors.
On Site Crew Meeting: At this meeting, we will have the entire team assembled together to thoroughly review the detailed scope of work and engage in collaborative discussions on the execution process. Efficiency is important, and we want to make this process easy and effective. This is an opportunity to meet the team who will help take your vision and bring it to fruition.
Contract Review and Sign: At The Wheelhouse Design Center, we will review your final plan, scope of work and budget. We will review the contract together in detail and answer any questions you might have. At this meeting you will be presented a contract to begin construction.
